The role:
- Management of a busy diary
- Travel coordination and preparing relevant documents
- Meeting management at a high volume
- Lots of day-to-day client correspondence over the phone and email
- Attending meetings when required
- Digital dictation, audio and copy typing
- Preparing and sewing/binding deeds and Wills
- File opening and compliance support
- Document management
- Other general admin tasks
