A global Law firm with an incredible reputation, who are based in the City of London, seek an experienced Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis! This role works within the Tax practice group, supporting Partners and Associates. We are looking to speak to candidates with 4+ years of Legal PA experience to be considered for this role. Key tasks include: -Diary management -Meeting management -Distribution of agendas -Arrangement of global travel -Preparing materials for meetings (mainly PowerPoint) -Attending monthly WIP report meetings, billing -Typing correspondence -Use and update interaction -General BD/marketing activities -Prepare new matter memos -Arrangement of couriers -Telephone coverage -Assist Partners with internal processes -General admin tasks Hours: 9:30 – 5:30 4 days per week in the office Benefits include: Private medical/dental healthcare, generous pension contribution, life assurance, 25 days AL and many more!
