A US Law firm in the City of London seeks an experienced Litigation Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis! This is a busy role, looking after 2 great Partners. The hybrid policy is 4 days in 1 from home and the role will pay 55-60k depending on level of experience + benefits and bonus!
The key responsibilities for the Legal PA are:
- Diary management - coordinate meetings, global travel and conferences
- Update and maintain calendars
- Organise client lunches/dinner, and events
- Book meeting rooms and logistics for events
- Processing of expenses
- Billing
- Create and maintain case files
- Open new matters
- Format/edit legal documents in all MS packages
- Create documents when needed
- Conduct searches
