The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting a Partner and a group of lawyers, while also contributing to a global support team. This position offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where organisation, adaptability, and attention to detail are key. You’ll work within a collaborative, global team environment, leveraging a real‑time workflow system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the billing process, including drafting, revising, and submitting client billings in collaboration with Revenue Management
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as time entry, expense management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Support document management, formatting, and editing
- Generate, review, and post client invoices
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive firm and client information
- Proactively learn internal systems and identify innovative solutions to support attorneys effectively
