The Role

As a Legal PA, you’ll play a pivotal role supporting senior lawyers with a mixture of traditional PA duties and wider team coordination responsibilities. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be trusted to manage priorities with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and inbox management for senior legal professionals
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and client events
  • Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documentation
  • Managing billing, expenses, and matter administration
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a polished, professional manner
  • Supporting wider team projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm (this is essential)
  • Strong secretarial skills such as diary management, international travel and billing
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
  • Professional, proactive, and confident approach
