A global law firm seeks an experienced Legal PA to join their corporate practice group, to provide support to a couple of incredibly reputable and busy partners.
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics for senior stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and preparation.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and handling high-volume administrative requests efficiently.
- Supporting onboarding of new matters/projects and coordinating communication across multiple parties.
- Organising domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visas, and related arrangements.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and business documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Assisting with billing, financial tracking, and following up on outstanding invoices.
