A US Law firm based in the City of London seeks a highly experienced Legal Secretary / Legal PA to support a Senior Partner within their Anti-Trust group. This is a very busy role requiring a PA/EA with a Law firm background, strong organisation skills and the ability to wear many hats at once.
Key responsibilities of the Legal EA include:
- Extensive diary management
- Complex global travel booking and preparing necessary documents
- Inbox management and email filing
- Matter management
- Arrangement of meetings, conferences, client lunches/dinners
- BD and event support
- Management of expenses and invoices
- Prepare bills and run WIP reports
- General admin and adhoc project support
