The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious international law firm seeking three Practice Team Assistants to support busy legal teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build their career within a top tier legal setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high quality, accurate work while managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Preparing, formatting and managing legal documents, including printing, scanning and filing
- Assisting with billing processes, including pre-bills and e-billing
- Supporting client and matter administration, ensuring data is kept up to date
- Coordinating meetings, travel and events, including client hospitality
- Managing communications and providing a professional first point of contact
- Assisting with new business intake processes and general team administration
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail oriented candidates who can thrive in a team environment. You will have:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English (grades A-C / 9-4)
- At least 18 months' experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
