Recruitment Administrator to join its close-knit HR team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to develop their career within recruitment and HR.
Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, you will support recruitment activity across the firm, assisting with everything from vacancy management and candidate screening through to interviews, assessments and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment inboxes, applications and candidate queries.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards, Linked In and internal platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, testing and assessment centres.
