Strictly Recruitment is partnering with a leading, top-tier law firm with an impressive global client base to recruit a Creative Design Specialist to join their Marketing & Business Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a visually driven creative with a passion for corporate design, brand development, and digital communications to make a real impact.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Marketing & Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. You’ll deliver high-quality creative assets that support marketing campaigns, client engagement, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging visual content across presentations, reports, event collateral, social media, and digital channels
  • Ensure consistent application and evolution of brand identity across all materials
  • Design and maintain user-friendly PowerPoint templates and assets
  • Translate briefs into creative solutions, advising on visual storytelling and design approach
  • Collaborate with marketing, BD, and digital teams on integrated campaigns
  • Support brand training initiatives to promote best practice across the business

About You

  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Word design expertise
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience delivering creative work within a professional services environment
  • Excellent eye for detail, with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work
