This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal finance or cashiering experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of cashiering duties while playing an important role in the firm's day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily office and client account transactions and reconciliations.
- Assist with billing, credit notes and financial postings.
- Process payments, disbursements and bank transfers.
- Respond to finance queries from Partners and colleagues.
- Support the wider Finance team and provide cover when required.
- Assist with general cashiering and ad hoc finance duties.
About You
- Previous Legal Cashier or legal finance experience is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A good understanding of accounting principles.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and legal finance systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
