We are seeking an Interim Paralegal (Governance Commercial) to support a busy Legal Governance team during an exciting period of organisational transformation at one of our medical membership body clients.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide practical legal and governance support, helping to ensure robust compliance, effective contract management and strong corporate governance.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting legal advice, drafting and contract negotiations.
Reviewing and managing commercial agreements and copyright licences.
Maintaining contract records through a contract management system.
Assisting with governance documentation and legal research.
Supporting litigation-related matters and document management.
Monitoring legal developments and helping prepare policies and governance papers.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
