A US Investment Banking and Advisory firm in the West End seeks an experienced EA from financial services to join them as a Float EA. The float EA is integrated well within the business, being a pivotal go-to for SMDs, MDs, VPs and bankers across all groups. The float EA moves around the business covering long-term sickness/holiday covers and is treated the same as any other permanent EA in the business. The float EA is a highly respected role and will be great for someone who is a natural at building relationships with people.
The hybrid working policy in the business is 4 days in and 1 from home, and the firm pays extremely generous bonuses, with an unbeatable company benefits package including 15% pension contributions, private medical/dental healthcare and more.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Global travel booking including preparation of visas and other travel documents
- Meeting arrangements, VC and in-person
- Arrangement of events, client lunches, dinners, etc.
- Expense management via WorkDay
- Ad hoc project work
- Formatting and amending documents
- Client correspondence/inbox management
Qualifications:
We are looking to speak to PAs/EAs who have worked in investment banking or private equity, who have had exposure to a few teams, and are looking for an exciting and challenging position.
