Overview
I am currently representing a top Investment Bank based in Mayfair who are seeking a float EA to support different teams around the bank with your typical EA duties. This is an amazing chance to get your foot in the door with a forward-thinking, collaborative firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries across international time zones; arrange meetings and calls
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes
- Process expenses and invoices; maintain CRM updates; format documents
- Handle calls, messages, confidential materials, and ad-hoc admin tasks
- Support corporate entertainment logistics and compliance approvals
Skills & Experience
- Minimum A-Levels (including GCSE English & Maths grade C+)
- 2+ years' experience as an assistant; Investment banking beneficial
- Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication, organisation, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
