You\’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while leading key operational projects and managing service teams.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of facilities, reception, office support, catering, and cleaning teamsLead space planning and office refurbishment projectsManage supplier and vendor contracts, procurement, and budget controlEnsure compliance with health & safety and security regulationsLiaise with senior stakeholders and global operations teamsSupervise and develop facilities and support staffImplement sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years\’ experience in facilities or office managementPrevious experience in professional services or legal environment preferredStrong project management and people management skillsKnowledge of health & safety regulations (NEBOSH or equivalent desirable)Excellent communication and organisational abilities
