Strictly Recruitment is seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our global law firm clients London office. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional services environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality operational and administrative support. You’ll work closely with the wider Facilities and Operations teams, playing a key role in ensuring an efficient and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing billing and cheque requests via the 3E system across multiple UK and international offices
  • Processing expenses through Chrome River
  • Maintaining Facilities documentation and intranet content
