Paralegal Location: Colchester Salary: £26,226 Job Type: Permanent Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home We are working with a highly regarded UK law firm to recruit a Paralegal into its specialist Property Securitisation team in Colchester. The Role Working closely with Partners and Solicitors, responsibilities will include: Undertaking title checks and property due diligence Obtaining Land Registry documents and conducting searches Assisting with pre and post-completion matters Managing your own caseload and monitoring outstanding items Providing progress updates to clients and fee earners Supporting the team on large-scale transactions About You Minimum 2:1 degree in Law, Politics, Economics or a Humanities-related subject Previous property or conveyancing experience is advantageous Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication, research and drafting abilities Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines Proactive, professional and keen to develop within a specialist legal team Please apply today if you are interested.
