I am currently recruiting for an exceptional Business Development Manager position working in a prestigious, global law firm where the successful candidate will take a leading role in supporting a high‑performing Financial Services practice across EMEA. In this pivotal position, you’ll work closely with senior partners to shape and execute strategic BD initiatives, drive revenue growth, and elevate the group’s profile regionally and globally. You’ll bring fresh ideas, spot emerging market opportunities, and ensure best‑in‑class pitches, marketing materials, and client‑facing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day business development activity across the EMEA region
- Manage and support two BD team members
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the U.S.
- Work effectively with senior partners and stakeholders across a global platform
- Lead brand‑positioning initiatives and profile‑raising activity
- Drive cross‑selling efforts and support strategic BD campaigns
- Coordinate events, conferences, seminars, and sponsorships
- Manage award and legal directory submissions
- Track ROI on BD activity and ensure effective reporting
- Support the integration of new partners and identify opportunities for growth
