We're partnering with a dynamic and exciting events consultancy looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and resourceful EA to support their CEO. This is a temp-to-perm position, so we need someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll provide high-level administrative, organisational, and project support to the CEO and wider leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and email management for the CEO
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics
  • Preparing expenses, including credit card reconciliations
  • Managing priorities, anticipating needs, and flagging urgent matters
  • Coordinating meetings and producing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Acting as a key liaison between the Business Operations Team and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting with internal events, including Town Halls and team meetings
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging refreshments
  • Assisting with personal administration including travel, household tasks, and family organisation
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations in line with brand standards
  • Organising leadership away days, dinners, and team events
  • Working closely with international EAs to coordinate global support
  • General office support and ensuring smooth daily operations

  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident
  • Friendly, positive, and able to build strong relationships
  • A natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage shifting priorities
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and committed
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable with Microsoft 365 and Apple/MacOS
  • Experienced: ideally degree-educated with strong EA/PA background in fast-paced, growing environments
