Credit Controller Location: City of London Salary: £52,000-£58,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Hybrid: 3/2 Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Controller to join a leading professional services firm. The successful candidate must have previous law firm experience and a strong understanding of WIP, debt management and the wider order-to-cash cycle . Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients and drive cash collection. Monitor WIP and debt, identifying and escalating high-risk balances. Support WIP reduction and improved conversion. Assist with cash forecasting and monthly exposure reporting. Liaise with Partners, Fee Earners, clients and the Cashiers team. Assist with reconciliations, reporting and client analysis. Recommend appropriate action on debt recovery, settlements and write-offs. About You Previous Credit Control experience within a law firm is essential . Strong WIP and debt management knowledge.
