Location: Colchester
Salary: £26,226
Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home
We are working with a highly regarded UK law firm to recruit a Paralegal into its specialist Property Securitisation team in Colchester.
The Role
Working closely with Partners and Solicitors, responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking title checks and property due diligence
- Obtaining Land Registry documents and conducting searches
- Assisting with pre and post-completion matters
- Managing your own caseload and monitoring outstanding items
- Providing progress updates to clients and fee earners
- Supporting the team on large-scale transactions
About You
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Law, Politics, Economics or a Humanities-related subject
- Previous property or conveyancing experience is advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication, research and drafting abilities
- Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, professional and keen to develop within a specialist legal team
