The Role
As the trusted right hand to the Managing Partner, you will provide seamless, high-level support, ensuring their practice and business commitments run efficiently. You will act as a key point of contact, managing complex priorities with discretion, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinating complex international travel, itineraries and logistics.
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence.
- Organising meetings, board papers, presentations and briefing materials.
- Managing expenses and billing processes.
- Liaising with clients, partners and senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Monitoring deadlines and prioritising competing demands.
- Providing confidential administrative support on sensitive matters.
- Supporting wider business development and client relationship activities where required.
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or Executive Assistant within a leading law firm.
- Experience supporting senior partners or C-suite executives is highly desirable.
