I am currently working with a leading US Law Firm who is looking for a Funds Finance Paralegal to work closely with a Senior Associate on a number of their Private Equity clients and support them on Debt Structures and Fund Level Financing. The salary for this role is paying up to Β£55k and would be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Advising on leveraged financings as well as advising portfolio companies on their ongoing financing requirements.
- Work relating to increases, extensions, amendments and re-financings of such existing agreements as well as working on any new sublines entered into by such sponsors and dealing with day-to-day management of these agreements.
- Assisting a Senior Associate to aid with the day-to-day management of such facilities.
- Supporting the documentation and implementation of new sublines.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Paralegal either in a Funds or Finance team of an International or US Law Firm.
- Organised and responsive with an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
