Strictly Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Client Events Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality client events across one of our global law firm clients' London office, with additional support for international-based events. This is an excellent opportunity for an events professional who enjoys combining hands-on delivery with strong organisational coordination in a fast-paced, law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and delivery of high-quality client events across the London office, with additional involvement in Paris-based initiatives. Events will span in-person, virtual and hybrid formats, including seminars, hospitality and client functions.
  • Work closely with the London Client Development team and an international network of colleagues to ensure events are delivered to a consistently high standard in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including invitations and client communications, venue and supplier sourcing, logistics and budget tracking, event technology, and on-site support to ensure a seamless attendee experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, maintain event databases and CRM records, manage invoicing and compliance processes, and contribute to best practices by staying up to date with industry trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3+ years’ relevant events experience.
  • Excellent organisational and writing skills, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.
  • A collaborative mindset and confidence managing multiple deadlines are essential.
