A leading international law firm is looking for a bright and proactive Capital Markets & Derivatives Paralegal to join its highly regarded Finance practice on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to complex, high quality work within a collaborative and internationally focused team, supporting on a broad range of structured finance, derivatives and debt capital markets transactions.
The role will involve:
- Supporting fee earners on transactions and listings across regulated markets, stock exchanges and multilateral trading facilities
- Drafting and reviewing documentation including pricing supplements, final terms, summaries and ancillary documents
- Assisting with structured products transactions linked to a range of asset classes
- Helping to project manage transaction flow
- Supporting with programme updates, legal research and wider know-how tasks
- Working closely with partners, fee earners and clients in the UK and internationally
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a finance, capital markets, derivatives or structured products environment, although candidates with a strong academic background and genuine interest in this area will also be considered.
You will need excellent attention to detail, strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
