We’re working with a highly prestigious global law firm to recruit a CRM Specialist for their London office. This is a pivotal, permanent role within the Marketing & Business Development team, offering the chance to take real ownership of CRM strategy, data quality and user engagement at a critical time for the firm.

The Opportunity

You’ll be the go-to CRM expert in London, playing a key role in the firm’s upcoming migration. You’ll help embed best practice and ensure the CRM is trusted, accurate and used to its full potential across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the CRM migration to Intapp DealCloud
  • Act as the local subject-matter expert for CRM data, issues and system usage
  • Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders, demonstrating the value of CRM insights
  • Own data quality, governance and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Train BD teams, fee earners and support staff on best-practice CRM usage
  • Support marketing mailings and events
  • Play a key role in GDPR and data compliance
