Graduate Recruitment Advisor Opportunity @ Prestigious Law Firm!

Strictly Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join a high-performing Early Talent team at one of our prestigious law firm clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys shaping the next generation of legal talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a full calendar of early-talent marketing and attraction activity, both virtual and in-person
  • Partner with third-party organisations and internal teams (social media, PR, branding) to create high-quality content and campaigns
  • Build and manage relationships with diversity partners to drive strong, diverse application pipelines
  • Integrate the firm’s EVP into attraction strategy, including development of marketing collateral
  • Plan and deliver graduate events such as law fairs, insight days, presentations and workshops
  • Lead assessment centres, including on-the-day facilitation and managing candidate outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with UK immigration regulations by verifying right-to-work for international applicants
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, manage candidates via the ATS and provide clear verbal feedback to applicants

Success in this role requires excellent project management skills, confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience in early talent recruitment, ideally within legal or professional services, is highly desirable.
