Job Description

Opportunity for a driven Graduate with an interest in Marketing to join a highly reputable law firm based on the doorstep of Liverpool Street. The role will work closely with both the marketing and business development departments.

This is role offers the chance to work in a modern office with a really nice professional and supportive team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Bid Manager sourcing/identifying/circulating potential opportunities for relevant practice areas.
  • Manage all bid timescales and deliverables, with support from the Bid Manager.
  • Collate non-technical responses using existing collateral to draft responses where possible.
  • Manage input from practice area experts across the firm, including partners, Knowledge Development Lawyers, and business support teams.
  • Coordinate contract review and other compliance checks.
  • Collate feedback on wins and losses.
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of precedent text, ensuring final submissions are filed away correctly, post submission.
