Key Responsibilities
- Managing team expenses and processing invoices
- Coordinating meetings, diaries, and conference calls
- Maintaining internal systems including CRM (DealCloud) and meeting trackers
- Booking travel, taxis, couriers, and meeting rooms
- Preparing documents (printing, binding, and formatting)
- Supporting team events and wider team projects
- Liaising with internal departments including IT, Facilities, and Reception
