Ready for your first HR Manager role?

This is a broad generalist position combining strategic business partnering with hands-on HR support. You will work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver practical people plans, strengthen management capability and support continued business growth. Key responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders and managers to translate business priorities into effective people plans. Act as a trusted adviser and first point of contact for a broad range of HR matters. Manage employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinary, grievance and flexible-working matters. Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and support complex or long-term absence cases. Coach managers to handle people matters confidently, fairly and consistently. Analyse HR data, including headcount, turnover, absence and engagement trends, to identify risks and recommend action. Support performance management, objective setting, feedback and employee-development discussions. Contribute to talent management and succession-planning activity. Work with Learning Development colleagues to identify capability gaps and create appropriate interventions. Lead or contribute to people projects, organisational change and process improvements.
