Residential Real Estate Paralegal
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join an established law firm in London.
Supporting an experienced fee earner, you'll assist with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, working on high-quality transactions within a supportive team that offers excellent career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Open new files and complete AML and compliance checks.
- Support exchange, completion and post-completion processes.
- Prepare reports on title, mortgages and searches under supervision.
- Raise and review conveyancing enquiries.
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Draft financial statements and invoices.
- Maintain case management systems and provide general administrative support.
About You
- Previous residential conveyancing experience within a legal environment.
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Experience raising enquiries and assisting with report drafting.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Able to manage deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant legal qualifications are desirable but not essential.
