We are working with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join its collaborative HR team. This is a broad generalist role, partnering with both legal and business services teams and providing hands-on HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
The Role
- Providing day-to-day HR advice to employees, Partners and managers
- Managing Employee Relations cases independently, including performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
- Supporting annual appraisals, promotions, salary and bonus reviews
- Managing flexible working, parental leave, absence and probation processes
- Drafting complex HR correspondence and documentation
- Supporting talent and succession planning
- Assisting with immigration processes and compliance
- Contributing to HR projects, policies and process improvements
About You
- Currently operating at HR Advisor level
- Previous HR experience within a law firm is essential
- Strong, independent
