Working alongside Partners and lawyers across a range of Finance specialisms, responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with transaction documents and transaction bibles
- Drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documentation
- Supporting with due diligence and contract summaries
- Conducting legal and commercial research
- Document and matter management
- Supporting fee earners on transactions and ad hoc projects
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
About You
- Minimum 6 months' Finance Paralegal experience
- Open to experience across any area of Finance
- Law degree or undergraduate degree plus GDL
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, commercially minded and confident working in a fast-paced environment
