We are working with a prestigious specialist London law firm to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant / Legal PA to provide dedicated support to the firm's Founding Partner. This is a senior, high-profile position requiring someone confident managing a demanding workload, building strong client relationships and providing guidance to the wider PA team.
The Role
- Complex diary, travel and accommodation management
- Monthly billing, expenses and time recording
- Managing client relationships and key contacts
- Document production, correspondence and digital dictation
- Coordinating BD events, pitches, meetings and follow-ups
- Supporting with ad hoc personal PA responsibilities
- Delegating work and overseeing PA workstreams
- Supporting and mentoring junior PA colleagues
About You
- Minimum 5 years' Legal PA/EA experience
- Experience supporting at Senior Partner/Founding Partner level highly desirable
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Excellent diary, organisational and client management skills
- Confident, discreet and highly professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing legal environment
