Finance Paralegal Location: London Salary: £35,500 + overtime Job Type: Permanent Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day homeWe are working with a leading City law firm to recruit a Finance Paralegal to join its highly regarded Finance team. The Role Working alongside Partners and lawyers across a range of Finance specialisms, responsibilities will include: Assisting with transaction documents and transaction bibles Drafting, reviewing and proofreading legal documentation Supporting with due diligence and contract summaries Conducting legal and commercial research Document and matter management Supporting fee earners on transactions and ad hoc projects Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders About You Minimum 6 months' Finance Paralegal experience Open to experience across any area of Finance Law degree or undergraduate degree plus GDL Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proactive, commercially minded and confident working in a fast-paced environment
