Contract: Permanent
Hybrid: Monday & Thursday in office, remaining days remote
Hours: Thursday - Monday, 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm (some flexibility available)
We are recruiting for an experienced Document Services Operator to join a prestigious international law firm's global document production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce, format, amend and proofread complex legal documents.
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and PDFs.
Manage document conversions, comparisons, mail merges and cross-referencing.
Provide technical document support across global teams.
Ensure accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
Key Requirements:
Previous document production experience within legal or financial services.
Advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
Experienced Legal Secretaries with extensive document production skills may also be considered.
Flexibility to work evening shifts during the initial six-week onboarding period.
