Role Description This part-time Receptionist/Administrator role Monday-Wednesday 9am-5.30pm, on-site position in London, EC2A.
The role involves greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area.
Day-to-day tasks include handling mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments managing meeting room bookings, and providing general administrative and clerical support to teams across the business.
The Receptionist/Administrator will maintain accurate records, update basic documents and databases, and assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning.
The role also involves coordinating with colleagues to support client meetings and helping ensure efficient front-of-house operations in a busy property advisory environment.
Qualifications
- Strong receptionist and front-of-house skills, including experience with Receptionist Duties and managing visitor flow.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls and interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Solid Clerical Skills for tasks such as data entry, document handling, and basic office administration.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a professional, courteous, and helpful experience to all visitors and callers.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in a busy office environment.
- Comfort with using office software (e. g., email, calendars, word processing, Zoom);
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front-of-house role, ideally within professional services or property-related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in London and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
