Role Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Football Coaches to deliver high-quality training sessions and lead match-day teams. This role is ideal for coaches who are looking to train and manage their own team while gaining valuable experience as part of a highly experienced and supportive coaching team. Whether you're building your coaching journey or looking to contribute to youth development in a structured and professional setup, this is a great opportunity to grow and make an impact.
Working Hours
- Training Sessions: Mondays: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
- Wednesdays: 5:00pm – 7:00pm
- Match Days: Saturdays and/or Sundays (flexible – coaches may work one or both days)
You will be contracted for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours based on your availability and the club’s needs.
Pay
£12 to £30/hour (depending on experience & responsibility) Paid monthly

Person Specification
Essential
- FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (or working towards)
- FA Safeguarding Children & Emergency Aid certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and a good communicator
- Passionate about grassroots football
- Previous coaching experience essential
- Available for stated training and match hours
Desirable
- UEFA C Licence or higher
- Valid enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain)
