Stretton Hall Nursing Home is recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to manage the home in Church Stretton.

Essential skills:

  • Experience managing a similar sized home
  • Passionate about Dementia care
  • Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements
  • Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
  • Experience of managing and working towards budgets
  • Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home
  • Excellent communication skills - confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
