Stretham Community Primary School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming school family. You will support learning, wellbeing and development of diverse learners, including pupils with SEND, working with teachers and colleagues to provide encouragement and challenge.
The role involves interacting with a range of learners, monitoring lunchtime supervision and helping children build confidence, independence and resilience in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
