Overview

Stretford High School is seeking a Student Services Officer to start as soon as possible. This is a part-time position of 18.5 hours per week (over 2.5 days), term time, plus one week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for a range of student-facing duties, including trip administration, attendance monitoring, and maintenance of student records.
  • Work on the school reception to provide a welcoming environment for the school community.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating good organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to work to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be available to work Wednesday 8:00–12:00, Thursday 8:00–15:45, and Friday 8:00–15:45.
  • Experience in administration and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment is desirable.
  • Team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
