Specific Responsibilities
1 Professional expectations
Organisation and planning of an ambitiouscurriculum to ensure it fulfils the demands of the National Curriculum,provides challenge, and promotes progress and high academic attainment.
Maintain clear expectations and high standardsof professionalism at all times through implementing and upholding theschool’s policies.
Monitoring of and being accountable for studentattainment and progress, in accordance with the school’s policies.
Being accountable to the Deputy/AssistantHeadteacher for the standards of teaching, learning and assessment in yourcurriculum. 2 Strategic Direction

Monitor the impact of these strategies; adaptand develop them when necessary to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
