Job Title: Junior Events Manager (Min 2 years’ experience)

Stretch Communications is a full-service marketing and digital agency. The position sits within our experiential events team, delivering engaging brand experiences for some of the world’s leading media companies. Our client portfolio includes Sky, Picturehouse and Now TV, among others.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Junior Events Manager who is both enthusiastic and passionate about experiential events. In this role, you will take a key position within our busy and fast-paced team, working on planning and event execution end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support client briefs from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
● Develop creative and innovative ideas and confident presenting to clients, to secure future business.
● Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are always met
● Confident negotiating the best price for the client to optimise pitching opportunities
● Confident creating and managing budgets and reconciliations
● Supporting the Health and Safety requirements to ensure a safe environment for clients and guests
● Booking, briefing and managing brand staff at events.
● Project management and event delivery.
● Create Post Campaign Analysis reports and present findings to the client
● Take meeting minutes following client calls and share them with the relevant stakeholders
● Keeping calendars and project trackers updated
● Provide general admin support to the team as required.
Skills & Experience:
● 2+ years of experience in events and promotions within the media industry.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
● Experience managing brand activations and working directly with clients.
● Strong administration and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
● Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Docs, PowerPoint
● A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others
● Ability to work well under pressure and think quickly when faced with challenges.
