This role sits within the Sports team at Stretch, working across clients that include Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer media. As an Account Executive – Sports, you’ll support the team across campaign setup using our in-house CRM system and manage ticketing fulfilment.
Your responsibilities will include briefing internal teams, planning project timelines, managing projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines, securing campaign approvals, tracking data, generating reports, and building key relationships with partners, stakeholders, and venues. You’ll also test customer UX and lead on post-campaign analysis — where attention to detail is crucial.
You’ll work closely with the wider team while confidently running smaller projects independently. You’ll identify risks, problem-solve on the go, and ensure the customer experience is seamless to drive positive word of mouth and social engagement. You’ll also be on the lookout for new opportunities to grow the rewards programme, while keeping on top of all daily/weekly admin tasks.
Who You Are
- You’ll be organised and detail-oriented, confident and capable of building relationships quickly — internally and externally — with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You’ll have a genuine interest in sports and a solid knowledge of the sporting calendar.
- You’ll be curious, eager to learn, and proactive in building your knowledge.
- You’ll have an eye for the finer details to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery.
- You’ll be confident problem-solving and looking for ways to optimise campaign performance.
- You’ll be comfortable diving into data, delivering post-campaign analysis and case studies, and exploring new ideas and ways of working.
- You’ll be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- You’ll have an outgoing, proactive attitude and enjoy being a team player who can juggle multiple campaigns with great time management and initiative.
- You’ll ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 12 months’ experience in a marketing or agency environment.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
