This role sits in the Rewards team on the account for Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer media and entertainment brand within their loyalty program. The Promotions Account Executive will be responsible for campaign setup using our in-house CRM system. This includes briefing internal teams, planning project timelines, overall project management, keeping to deadlines, campaign approvals, maintaining relationships with partners and stakeholders, testing the customer journey, and post-campaign analysis - where attention to detail is key.
A large part of the role will involve overseeing daily and weekly reporting to the client, ensuring accurate data tracking and performance monitoring across campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Rewards, but confident to run smaller projects independently, the Account Executive will identify risks and problem-solve, ensuring the customer experience is optimised to drive positive word of mouth and social engagement. They will also assist in end-to-end client approval processes and be involved in shaping user journeys (UX), as well as handling customer service support—ensuring a smooth redemption process and using feedback to refine customer-facing materials. Whilst also looking for new opportunities for the growing program of rewards and keeping on top of all daily/weekly admin tasks.

- You’ll be an organised, detail-oriented person who is confident, capable, and able to build relationships quickly both internally and externally with a good level of written and verbal communication.
- You have a willingness to learn, ask questions, and proactively seek to develop your knowledge. An eye for the small details will ensure effective and efficient end-to-end campaign delivery.
- You are comfortable problem-solving and pursuing opportunities to make sure all campaigns are optimised to their full potential.
- You are keen to look at the data and find ways to innovate, coming up with new ideas and ways of working and delivering post-campaign analysis and case studies with a good knowledge of Microsoft and Google Docs.
- You have an outgoing, proactive attitude, and enjoy being a team player who wants to get stuck in and juggle multiple campaigns with great time management and initiative.
- Preferably, you have a Bachelor's degree along with 12 months of experience in a marketing/agency environment.
