StretchLAB is a London based studio focusing on wellness through assisted stretching. Our 6 studios are situated in the heart of London, including Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Fitzrovia, Westfield Shepherds Bush and Hampstead with more to come.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the body and understand how stretching can make people feel better. From the moment we say ‘hello’ right through to the care and attention delivering our expertly crafted proprietary stretching method, we are in the business of personality and attitude – not just skills.
Our people are already operating in the well-being space; Yoga, Massage, Personal Training, Osteopathy and other related fields. We work with our Stretchologists to create mutually agreeable working patterns and provide beautiful, centrally located studios where they can build their own client base and business.
You will be hands on, working on clients’ bodies based in one of our brand new central London studios. Once introduced to our clients, you will be responsible for their well-being, guiding them through the series of stretches and seeking feedback to optimise their experience before returning them to reception to seek feedback from the session and invite them to book again and share their experience with friends and associates.
You must speak fluent English and be prepared to work when the schedule requires including weekend working. You must be courteous, professional and reliable and commit fully to offering the very best Stretch sessions to every client to match the standard we offer already.
Your schedule will be set by the Studio Manager and you will be responsible for undertaking every stretch that is in your diary. You should expect to carry out a minimum of 5 x 50 minute sessions per day, and in your down time be prepared to assist with other studio duties.
As a fully trained StretchLAB stretchologist, the StretchLAB studio is your studio, you can build your own client base around your schedule and build your own business development with the strength of the StretchLAB brand and marketing activity.
About you:
- You are passionate about working in the wellness industry, driven by continuous learning and development.
- You have experience in personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or other similar professional bodywork activity.
- You are a great people person, with excellent communication skills.
- You understand the importance of timeliness and being organized.
