StretchLAB is a chain of boutique studios that specialises in 1-on-1 Assisted Stretching. Our 6 studios are situated in the heart of London, including Fitzrovia, Soho, Notting Hill, Chelsea, Hampstead and White City.

About the role

The receptionist is the first point of contact for our clientele. You are responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, enhancing the customer experience, monitoring studio standards and supporting studio management and the wider team.

Our ideal applicant is:

  • Proactive, reliable, enthusiastic, professional and of course, have an interest in health and fitness.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the best possible experience for each client, greeting & rebooking clients wherever possible
  • Stay on top of the day's appointments, coordinating Stretchologists and clients alike
  • Promote our various services, packages and memberships
  • Support the studio with maintenance, cleanliness and administration
  • Support the Studio Manager to deliver StretchLAB worthy customer service and environment

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working in a hospitality, health and beauty industry or fitness environment
  • Tried and tested when delivering premium customer service in person, over the phone and by email
  • Experience in managing bookings and reservations
  • Knowledge of using MindBody
  • Able to work occasional weekends
