Deine Aufgaben:

  • fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung sowie disziplinarische Führung der Kundenberater im Inbound Projekt
  • Führen von Förder-, Kritik- und Disziplinargesprächen sowie Kranken- und Abwesenheitsgesprächen
  • Steuerung und Erreichen der Kennzahlen hinsichtlich Produktivität, Auslastung und Abwesenheitsquote
  • kontinuierliche Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Kundenberater durch Side-by-Side Coachings und Silent Monitoring
  • Reportings und regelmässige Berichterstattung an Projekt- und Unternehmensleitung
  • Sicherstellen der Qualitätsziele sowie der vorgegebenen Erfolgsquoten
  • Optimieren der Arbeitsabläufe und -prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung und Umsetzen von korrigierenden Massnahmen ggf. in Absprache mit Projektleitung

Dein Profil:

  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Dialogmarketingbranche
  • berufliche Erfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrungen
  • Erfahrung im B2B Outbound Vertrieb wünschenswert
  • technische Affinität, vor allem im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
  • vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft
