Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities & Duties
- Managing our customer communications calendar to ensure consistent, value-driven messaging:
- Planning and executing our customer newsletter, product announcements, promotion of our webinars, forums and thought leadership content
- Running campaigns on a combination of channels, including but not limited to email marketing, LinkedIn advertising, and any other platforms that help us reach our customers directly.
- Developing tailored marketing campaigns for our key accounts to support account growth and engagement, these campaigns can be digital (email, LinkedIn) as well as offline (such as client gifting, pre/post-event engagement)
- Creating customer-facing presentations and sales enablement content, in close collaboration with the Sales team and Head of Marketing
- Building and amplifying customer advocacy through the creation and distribution of new case studies and testimonials
- Managing our LinkedIn Practitioner Community, collaborating with other departments and team members to achieve consistent levels of engagement
- Supporting T&I to deliver Practitioner Forums by creating the marketing assets and promoting them effectively to our customers
- Managing the operations of client-related merchandise orders, sharing updated quotes with the sales team, ensuring successful order and delivery of merchandise to support end-user virality
- Planning and execution of online and in-person customer engagement events.
Skills & Attributes
- You have experience in campaign planning, execution, and reporting
- You have experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems and the ability to set up email campaigns, create workflows, and provide basic reports
- You have basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM and can build reports for campaign targeting lists, tracking & reporting
- You have experience with LinkedIn Advertising, setting up and optimising campaigns, managing budgets and audience lists
- Budget management for digital campaigns, events and client gifts and merch orders
- Copywriting, basic design and asset creation, web publishing
- Can take initiatives and lead through projects that don’t have precedence
- Can think strategically, prioritise tasks and execute with attention to detail
- Have excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills to successfully work with stakeholders on all seniority levels and teams
- You are a team player that is ready to pitch in and help others: we’re a small but growing team – collaboration both within the Marketing team and with other departments is key to success.
