Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time hybrid role based in our Battersea Park location, with the option to work remotely on certain aspects of the job. As a coach at StrengthLabldn, you’ll play an integral role in designing and implementing personalized strength training programs, conducting detailed athletic performance assessments, creating tailored injury prevention strategies, and leading high-energy strength training sessions.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, has a strong understanding of strength and conditioning principles, and thrives in a client-focused, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored strength and conditioning programs that align with client goals.
- Conduct thorough athletic performance assessments to track progress and adjust programs.
- Develop and implement injury prevention strategies to ensure client safety and longevity.
- Lead dynamic, engaging strength training sessions, both 1-2-1 and group formats.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in strength and conditioning to continually refine coaching methods.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong foundation in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning practices.
- Knowledge and experience in athletic performance training and injury prevention techniques.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and track effective strength training programs.
- A keen eye for detail in conducting performance assessments and making data-driven adjustments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and inspire their success.
- Certification in relevant fields such as CSCS, NSCA, or equivalent.
- A passion for working with both athletes and fitness enthusiasts to help them achieve their goals.
- A Bachelor\’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is highly preferred.
